The Digital Marketing Manager is a core member of the Marketing team. You will own numerous facets of paid program demand generation, with freedom to explore, build, and optimize on digital strategies. Successful candidates will be rooted in analytics, capable of up-leveling the details and communicating both plans and results.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute new and existing program strategies
- Managing paid marketing programs and report on results to meet quarterly goals.
- Owning and managing paid media programs inclusive of SEM, social advertising, and display programs.
- Managing programs with a focus on end-to-end funnel metrics. Care more about generating profitable sales pipeline than top of funnel lead volume and CPA metrics.
- Owning SEO strategy and provide content strategy best practices to the internal content marketing teams.
We’re looking for…
- 5 years experience of demonstrated success in building and executing marketing strategies, experience with a SaaS-based technology companies a plus
- Highly analytical and data driven, and comfortable working in a startup work environment.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales pipeline targets across inbound and outbound paid media marketing programs
- Experience running numerous demand generation marketing programs and optimizing to meet down funnel sales pipeline goals.
- Strong SEM and SEO experience
- Strong experience in all other paid media channels – paid search, display programs – inclusive of prospecting, lookalike, and retargeting strategies managed through DSPs and other third party vendors required
- Proven experience increasing conversion rates on landing pages and web sites using A/B testing strategies.
- Experience working with various B2B or B2C attribution models and reporting platforms (Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) preferred
- Thrives in the early stages of a company, is creative, has strong hustle, and is motivated by real results.
