Digital Marketing Manager
- Design and execute campaigns against multi-channel demand generation and revenue generation strategies to highly targeted audiences through use of marketing automation tools and related marketing technology platforms.
- Develop and oversee nurture streams, lead-scoring and lead-qualifying processes, and database health.
- Measure, monitor, analyze and communicate weekly and monthly KPIs and metrics to increase conversions and inform strategic decisions.
- Test and report on campaign metrics to understand what’s driving demand generation success from quantity, quality and cost perspectives.
- Develop social media copy and strategy that aligns with the quarterly content calendar.
- Work with sales operations for lead handoff and analysis in Salesforce.
- Proactively build, optimize and test landing pages, email creative and copy for conversion.
- Manage the vendor relationship with Hubspot and execute day-to-day operations, including list uploads, newsletter and email sends, landing pages, nurturing/scoring optimization, email and form updates, as well as manage reports and monitor new features and product improvements.
- Manage email execution, QA and email browser compatibility – ensuring all outbound emails actually work for everyone and look great on all devices: desktop, tablet, smartphone.
- Provide logistical support for tradeshows, conferences, other sales events
- Strategize and launch paid ads (i.e. LinkedIn), and monitor/report on their performance
- Manage marketing technology stack and integrations.
Who you are:
- 3+ years marketing automation (with at least 1 year experience with HubSpot) and Salesforce CRM experience
- Complete knowledge of end-to-end email campaign best practices, mastery of the fundamentals and advanced skills needed to execute flawless campaigns
- Experience with and a passion for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing conversions
- Expertise in responsive design and email deliverability
- Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
- Strong data and analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, a natural project manager, ability to balance strategy and tactics
