Position: Digital Marketing Manager, SEO
Location: San Mateo or Irvine, CA

Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager of SEO will partner with the Demand Generation, Content, Product and Solutions Marketing teams to build a global SEO roadmap, develop and execute on strategy, and implement optimizations for our main domain. This role is ultimately responsible for driving forward organic search success measured by growth in traffic, conversion rates, user engagement and revenue.

The ideal candidate is skilled at leading the strategic vision of global SEO, building consensus across teams, and measuring success of optimizations to capture learnings and impact. They have in-depth experience with content strategy and development and are skilled at working in a CMS.

Key Responsibilities
* Improve performance of organic search, measured by growth in traffic, conversion rates, user engagement and revenue
* Create and maintain a global SEO roadmap aligned to product, solutions and content marketing imperatives
* Optimize content and website for both existing and new keyword opportunities
* Implement optimizations within the CMS
* Partner with lead web manager to run AB tests for improve UX
* Run regular competitive analysis reports to measure growth in share of voice across priority solution verticals
* Present SEO report findings and next steps to global team members on a regular cadence
* Monitor latest SEO trends, investigate irregularities in performance and provide regular communication to internal stakeholders on SEO performance via weekly, monthly and quarterly reports/dashboards
* Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that could impact site ranking
* Drive SEO priorities cross-functionally within Marketing and other content publishers across the company

Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in SEO at or supporting enterprise B2B software companies
* Superior knowledge of search engine algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments in SEO.
* Knowledgeable of leading SEO software such as Google Analytics, Brightedge, SEMrush, Spyfu, WhatRunsWhere, and Moz
* Experience with web analytics tools (such as Adobe SiteCatalyst / Omniture, Google Analytics); A/B or Multi-variant testing tools (such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, SiteSpect) and Personalization tools like Demandbase
* Knowledge of other optimization technologies (Maxymiser, LiveBall, Crazy Egg, ClickTale)
* Solid understanding of online analytics metrics and related statistical concepts
* Strategically savvy with an ability to layout farsighted roadmaps as well as do quick/reactive/opportunistic strategic moves, aligning with business growth imperatives
* Working knowledge of html and CSS
* Agency experience is a plus
