Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
Our next Digital Marketing Coordinator will support our Arrow Digital Team and will be responsible for execution and success of supplier digital marketing campaigns on arrow.com. This is an exciting, fun group to be a part of within Arrow!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support pre-defined digital marketing programs, ensuring they are strategic and set up to be successful.
- Communicate with supplier clients in a professional and knowledgeable way, ensuring that their needs are met, and their campaign is successful.
- Work with creative teams and channel owners to develop assets for campaign, coordinating proofing and feedback with client.
- Assist Marketing Specialist in creating project estimates and schedules; reviewing budgets and deadlines to help keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns while collaborating with business partners to ensure tactics and creative properly reflect the goals and objectives of both the client and Arrow.
- Serve as supportive resource for Marketing Specialists to ensure digital assets are executed and progress through the development process, providing updates and clear communication along the way.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of digital marketing materials including, but not limited to, email, paid search, display, social media, and content
- Facilitate creative review including proofreading, copy editing and creative feedback as necessary to ensure marketing messages are consistent with established marketing strategies, as well as obtaining partner approvals
- Develop performance reporting for campaign results.
- Take initiative on stretch projects and assist with any adhoc projects related to supplier marketing
What We Are Looking For
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and related experience or a 4-year degree.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills as well as excellent organization, persistent attention to detail, and inherent ability to maintain consistent standards and processes
- Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and analytical thinking, as well as ability to work within cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Adaptability in a fast-paced continuously changing environment
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends and industry best practices
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills (experience with Workfront preferred)
- Prior related marketing experience preferred
