Job Description

The Digital Campaign Coordinator will assist the Digital Strategy Managers to execute campaigns with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales, as well as external vendors for paid media placements like sponsored banners, emails, newsletters, and related content. 

As part of the Digital team within Marketing, this role will support inbound lead and pipeline generation objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign subject matter expertise and provide campaign support to cross functional teams

  • Research and identify new B2B technology focused digital advertising opportunities that drive both brand awareness and qualified leads for new and existing customers

  • Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases

  • Understand the Conga value proposition across all product lines and be able to articulate it in both written and verbal communications, including campaign emails, lead nurture emails, webinar overviews and ad copy

  • Play a key role in the project management of digital campaigns, supporting the Digital Strategy Managers in ensuring key deliverables are tracked and campaigns are implemented in the planned timeframes

  • Assist with management of the campaign budget and ROI tracking 

  • Support Digital Strategy Managers in forecasting, measurement and analyzation of the impact of programs on sales cycles; producing regular reports to demonstrate campaign progress and areas of success

  • Identify gaps based on current KPIs and research and identify new campaigns to fill those gaps

  • Communicate with product and sales teams in order to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in marketing programs

  • Assist in the development of an account based marketing strategy for companies and organizations not otherwise targeted by Conga’s Field Marketing efforts

  • Grow in the knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and tactics and constantly look for new channels and tactics to test

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software

  • A minimum of 2 years of SaaS/on-demand software experience in either marketing or sales

  • Experience with the following tech is highly desired: Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft

  • Experience with building or modifying web and landing pages within a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal or a marketing automation system such as Pardot or Marketo highly desired

  • Be a high-performance team player who can work cross functionally

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management

  • Outstanding presentation/communication skills

  • Analytical approach to solving business, marketing and sales problems

  • Able to think outside the box, suggest new ideas, and implement new campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve extraordinary results
