PaySimple is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate (Paid) to join our demand gen team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of digital marketing campaign creation and monitoring experience as well as experience building lead acquisition campaigns and a wiliness to grow their marketing experience into other channels (email, paid social).

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design, build and management of paid media campaigns
  • Monitor and manage campaign performance reports for paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social campaigns as well as other paid placements
  • Analyze keyword performance and make recommendations to improve performance
  • Work with digital marketing managers to create, launch and track frequent ad, landing page, and other optimization tests
  • Assist with email campaign design, build and execution
  • Create email and landing pages to support email campaigns
  • Assist with the production and promotion of the PaySimple webinar series
  • Collaborate with senior managers to determine optimization strategies to continually improve performance
  • Contribute to the daily conversation of how to best execute and measure multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, video, email, and other channels

 Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of SEM experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • 1 year of marketing automation /email marketing experience. Preferred but not required
  • Google AdWords proficient with a good understanding of Google Display Network, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook and LinkedIn ads
  • Basic HTML
  • High proficiency with Excel and data analysis
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience with a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce), SEM bid management platforms (such as Kenshoo or Marin, preferably Marin), and social media ad platforms
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or related field
