What you will do:

• Lead acquisition using data to give us an accurate understanding of advertising, including PPC, CPL, and SEM
• Contribute to the lead generation strategy in order to meet and exceed sales goals
• Be obsessed with data. Track Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook....track and help analyze all sources of data
• Hubspot and CRM management to help optimize lead tracking
• Work with Salesforce to connect information being passed from Hubspot
• Website optimization: A/B test quickly and accurately giving us data to inform our brand/content/CTA/software design teams. Develop tests to ensure we maximize lead acquisition quality
• Run customer awareness campaigns to bring high awareness to product launches, new features, ensure adherence to company brand standards and help us drive customer retention

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of digital advertising analytics required
• Magical ability to build workflows and track data in Hubspot; Hubspot certified a strong plus
• Experience in PPC advertisement on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google
• Experience with A/B testing on different platforms (landing pages, email, ads, website optimization)
• Ability to analyze campaign results and translate them to create successful campaigns
• Very strong attention to detail - at the pixel level!
• Love data like you love long walks on the beach and a warm blanket in the depths of winter
• Be self-motivated, fail fast, recover quickly, learn, and keep going
