Digital eCommerce Manager
The Digital eCommerce Manager will be part of Arrow’s commitment to investing in digital marketing to drive IT partner sales through the Web. Working with a dynamic team you will be doing the following:
What you will be doing
- Develop, manage, and create the relationship between our organization and suppliers, customers and/or vendors with the business group’s specific technologies.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key individuals at IBM.
- Assist with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
- Implement business development initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence; evaluate, develop, and manage specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
- Execute sales growth plans.
- Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
- Participate in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
What we are looking for
- 12 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to intricate problems
- Lead functional teams or projects and serves as a best practice/quality resource
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience
