Job Description

The Digital Campaign Coordinator will assist the Digital Campaign Managers to execute campaigns with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales, as well as external vendors for paid media placements like sponsored banners, emails, newsletters, and related content.

As part of the Digital team within Marketing, this role will support inbound lead and pipeline generation objectives. There will also be opportunities to work with business development teams and sales territory managers to understand which programs are most successful and drive continuous improvement of future campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign subject matter expertise and provide campaign support to cross functional team driving demand for the Data and Process product family

  • Research and identify new B2B technology focused digital advertising opportunities that drive both brand awareness and qualified leads for new and existing customers

  • Understand the Conga value proposition across all product lines and be able to articulate it in both written and verbal communications, including campaign emails, lead nurture emails, webinar overviews and ad copy

  • Play a key role in the project management of digital campaigns, supporting the Digital Campaign Managers in ensuring key deliverables are tracked and campaigns are implemented in the planned timeframes

  • Assist in the development of an account based marketing strategy for companies and organizations not otherwise targeted by Conga’s Field Marketing efforts

  • Grow in the knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and tactics and constantly look for new channels and tactics to test

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of SaaS/on-demand software experience in either marketing or sales

  • Experience with building or modifying web and landing pages within a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal or a marketing automation system such as Pardot or Marketo highly desired

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Able to think outside the box, suggest new ideas, and implement new campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve extraordinary results
