As an essential team member supporting our Account Managers, this position is responsible for providing post-sale, end-to-end workflow support, to ensure effective campaign delivery for our Markit Digital clients. The Account Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring accuracy and follow-through on implementation and reporting related to advertising campaigns.
Position Summary
The Digital Account Coordinator plays a proactive, vital, detail-oriented, digital advertising role. The person will focus on the post-sales processing of advertising campaigns, while assisting with campaign optimization. This includes providing quality assurance, logging traffic, pulling campaign placement reports, entry of proposals and reviewing the status of campaigns in order to optimize their performance. Additionally, the Digital Account Coordinator will assist on troubleshooting and resolving site and advertiser issues, requiring client contact with confidence, while working closely with all internal departments involved in digital advertising including but not limited to interfacing with our finance/billing teams to assure accuracy and timeliness of our accounts. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player, ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Provide timely tracking and account maintenance of current digital media plans.
Help to create and maintain documentation on new processes and client strategy.
Work directly with internal departments on projects, ensuring prioritization and progress in support of client strategy and product development.
Engage with internal finance/billing teams to assure accurate and timely delivery of invoicing and payments
Review campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis.
Pull inventory requests, analyze and send out weekly reports using internal online ad tracking & pacing systems.
Work with Account Managers to ensure each campaign meets its KPI goals.
Provide first class customer service to clients, external and internal, with clear and prompt communication, quality deliveries, and innovative solutions.
Drive projects with minimal supervision.
Work closely with management on new initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
1-2 years advertising agency, digital marketing, or ad tech experience
Hands-on experience with ad-serving technologies & programmatic platforms, e.g. The Trade Desk, DoubleClick, Facebook Manager, Google AdWords, Dianomi
Understanding of site analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, etc.
Strong skills including, but not limited to critical thinking, data and information analysis, research, communication (written & verbal), and problem solving
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Detail oriented, ability to organize, plan, prioritize workload effectively
Proficient/up-to-date skills with all MS Office products including advanced Excel skills (use of pivot tables and formulas)
Takes initiative to collaborate with team to contribute to revenue generation
Thrives working in a cooperative, fun team environment
