Objective of the Role:
Provide technical support to DELVE's programmatic teams for all campaigns (Display, Digital video, Audio and CTV), including creating pixels, ad serving and tracking tags, troubleshooting tagging issues, creative QA, etc.
Primary responsibilities:

  • Thinking through the structure and implementing CM accounts & advertisers.
  • Creating, pixels.
  • Managing LBWs, and attribution on the CM side.
  • Manage implementation and troubleshooting CM serving and tracking tags for Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and Direct Deals.
  • Manage implementation of additional tracking and tagging needs which may include brand lift studies, verification tools, and digital audio tracking tools.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure the proper campaign trafficking.
  • Responsible for granting necessary access level to CM for internal specialists, clients, and vendors/publishers.
  • Creative QA: ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications, messaging, landing pages and structure is correct, testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers/devices.
  • Being responsible for clear CM taxonomy needed for reporting and analysis purposes: advertisers, campaigns, sites, placements, creatives, landing pages.
  • Maintain records of creative assets and internal documents that track campaign execution.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies.Work collaboratively with departmental leads to develop solutions that will improve our operational efficiency, and ad serving/tracking processes.


Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years managing digital advertising tools including at least 2 years in Google Analytics and Campaign Manager preferably with an agency or consultancy
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Campaign Manager certifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Campaign Manager tools
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying, attribution and LBWs.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting ad tags
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multitask, organize and manage detailed work
  • Ability to provide realistic ETAs and work within firm deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Results driven and client focused
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of data sets
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel implementation
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Web Analytics tracking and Viewability/Verification.
  • Python is a plus
  • Preferred Certifications: Google Display and Video 360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk Trading Academy, Google Ads.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace, high-change environment

In Colorado, the salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 , plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications. The salary range outside of Colorado may be adjusted to reflect local market conditions.
