The Digital Account Strategist is responsible for analysis and maximization of performance of client accounts and digital advertising campaigns. This role will support a digital sales team and their accounts to ensure seamless digital campaign execution, providing a high-level of client service support and interaction. Digital Account Strategists are critical roles to the success of our company.
Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Client & Adtaxi fulfillment teams.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution and oversight of ongoing digital advertising accounts and campaigns to meet client's digital marketing objectives.
  • Interpret and analyze digital marketing efforts during the pre-sale process, compile data to help close the business. Assist with development of initial campaign strategy, sales pitch and presentation.
  • Assist in developing optimization strategies that include the full digital product portfolio.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to clients that result in effective advertiser solutions.
  • Interpret & analyze digital campaign reports and account performance data. Ability to synthesize metrics and related data into a story understood by varying levels of digital acumen.
  • Develop and provide client focused communications on campaign performance including effectiveness, targeting and strategy. Monitor digital campaigns across markets to identify opportunities to increase market share.
  • Liaise with internal teams in support of planning and prioritizing to assist in execution of client campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and fulfillment teams to recommend overall campaign strategy and ongoing modifications for optimal results. May include (but not limited to) strategy changes and budget recommendations.
  • Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams.
  • Positively impact the team by regularly contributing to the constant improvement of our systems, processes, and tools.
  • Take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with management on new initiatives as needed. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 2 - 5+ years minimum of paid digital media analysis and presentation of data in an easy- to-interpret format.
  • Knowledge of digital products, platforms and related metrics (Programmatic, Search, Social, etc.).
  • 2 - 5+ years' experience in site research tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Comscore, Kantar, etc.).
  • Ability to generate insights, business correspondence, and presentations through use of Microsoft Office and G Suite Products.


Skills

  • Excellent client communication skills, consultative selling skills preferred.
  • Good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to articulate messaging and results to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills including creation & use of Pivot Tables.
  • Can embrace change, take initiative and work well in a collaborative, learning work environment.
  • Detail oriented, ability to organize, plan, prioritize and re-prioritize workload effectively.
  • Takes initiative to collaborate with team to contribute to revenue generation, thrives working in a fun team environment.


Decision Making

  • Understands the short and long term client/consumer needs to assist with new business generation and client retention.
  • High degree of accuracy is required in all aspects of the job. This position requires the individual to be part of the sales and digital operations process, and will assist in sales and client service efforts. Every advertiser is extremely important. Providing excellent sales, service, and marketing support is critical to our digital competitive position.


Working Conditions

  • Range 7:30-8:30 to 4:30-5:30pm depending on team needs.
