As a member of the Digital Marketing team you will be responsible for learning about these brands, developing and executing marketing plans, collaborating with other teams across the company and working with internal and external creative agencies and vendors.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

What you will be doing
The Sr. Manager, Account Planning is responsible for developing, coordinating, communicating, and optimizing digital strategies, campaigns, and offers; media budgets, pacing and reporting, cross-tactic test-and-learn programs, digital targeting, and attribution enhancements in accordance with business objectives. This role works closely with digital media, website, and analytics teams to maintain quality control of in-market campaigns; continuously evaluates and improves performance against goals and benchmarks; and works closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and senior leadership to strategize, organize, and support while communicating plans, learnings, and results. We are looking for a digital native and strategic thinker with great initiative, ownership, relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills who can be a trusted partner to our internal clients.

  • Manage other Account team members while supporting digital strategy, brand, testing, offers, campaigns, creative, and media teams to deliver successful media campaigns
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and tactical approach in accordance with business goals and digital/online marketing best practices while overseeing overall digital budget, allocation, spend, pacing, optimizations and reporting
  • Create and manage rigorous cross-tactic test-and-learn program as well as planning, budgets, documentation, optimization, and reporting for digital and enterprise campaign and offer strategies
  • Assist with allocation of digital funds through business case process, pacing, tagging, martech, AdOps, and data collection/analysis
  • Partner closely with media tactics, website, creative, finance, IT, MarTech, and analytics teams on all digital strategies and initiatives while continuously improving digital targeting and attribution
  • Foster an environment of shared learning and act as a trusted digital expert for executive-level performance and initiative readouts and updates, as well as within the Digital Center of Excellence
  • Be a thought leader for the digital marketing team, regularly sharing platform and industry POVs to support digital recommendations
  • Assist in identification, vetting, and implementation of new platform partners


JD-DCOE
Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized 4-year college or university; Minimum 4-5 years of overall account management and planning experience, with at least 3 years experience in digital tactic ownership, marketing planning, strategy, and oversight
  • Demonstrated success in planning rapid optimization and test-and-learn agendas and experience with budgeting and financial analysis including return on marketing investment (ROMI) and return on ad spend (ROAS) tracking
  • Expert on digital marketing platforms e.g. Facebook , Twitter, Google and programmatic ad networks; experience with emerging digital marketing platforms e.g. Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, digital audio and connected TV a plus
  • Comfort with Excel and Google Spreadsheets including pivot tables, vlookups and other analytical functions; knowledge of ad serving platforms e.g. Flashtalking
  • Strong quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis and insights; strong detail orientation and track record of delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills including working closely with analytics, creative, brand, IT, vendor, and executive teams
  • Passion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with a finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends


Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $133,000.00/Year
