Demand Manager
Choozle is looking for a Demand Manager to manage our growing BDR team, channel and inbound demand vetting. This position will report to the VP of Sales & Account Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in an accountable growth-focused environment driving quality business demand. Our ideal candidate possesses a positive and coachable attitude, an excitement to meet new people, a drive to actively engage and drive team success, and a history of hitting goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for vetting all channel and inbound demand with focus on speed to lead
- Mentor and manage hunter focused BDR team with meeting quota responsibilities
- Work collectively with Sales and and your team to accelerate demand through consistent feedback
- Align cross-functionally with marketing team to ensure top funnel alignment and consistent messaging
- Manage the the day-to-day activity accountability for the BDR, inbound and channel demand
- Produce and execute on quarterly plans to maximize lead growth
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, evolve the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators with Revenue Leaders
- Hold team accountable to all volume sales activity
- Evolve and adapt outreach strategy in order to meet and exceed activity and revenue goals
- Present to a variety of key decision makers internally and externally
WHO YOU ARE
- Possess a passion not only for management but also a the discipline of sales process
- 1-2 years experience managing a successful team
- Experience with sales enablement tools, such as salesforce
- Data-focused to ensure quick adjustments to process and accountability
- Ability to help team strategically build out a new market and prioritize high value opportunities that will have the greatest revenue impact
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment while demonstrating ability to work autonomously
- Solid organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Desire to be a visible and valuable team member and take pride in anticipating and meeting the needs of clients
- Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company
- Programmatic platform sales experience highly preferred
