Run fast and learn more with a high-performance marketing team. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll help develop and execute marketing programs to drive demand via multiple channels. Work with a smart, motivated team to deliver measurable results across email, digital, social, events, and 3rd party paid programs. Are some of these new for you? The ideal candidate will be an execution machine, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successful project ownership. And, if you have a love for hi-tech, all the better.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing strategies for projects, across all channels
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams on program development and implementation 
  • Create and execute demand and lead generation programs, including webinars, display advertising, content syndication, events, landing pages, email, social media and more
  • Analyze data to determine program effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize tactics / campaigns
  • Monitor content and adhere to review and brand guidelines 
  •  Develop/optimize landing pages and email programs
  • Assist in virtual and in-person event management and logistics including promotions, materials, event platform, speaker preparation and more
  • Build and maintain program calendars to facilitate collaboration between sales and marketing
  • Support development and management of organic and paid social media efforts across platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google and Bing

  • Build strong inter-personal relationships. Share ideas and success.
  • Microsoft Office confidence, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint (bonus points for SharePoint and PowerBI).

Experience and Education:

  • Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field
  • 1-3 years of similar marketing experience
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-Tech industry experience preferred
  • Understanding of software development process, development tools and Open Source Software is highly desirable
