The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels with the goals of driving brand awareness and generating quality leads.

Essential Functions 

• Plan, develop, and execute demand generation campaigns, including SEO/SEM, retargeting, display ads, webinars, events, and other digital and online programs that feed our sales teams with qualified leads that lead to revenue

• Own planning and logistics of virtual and in-person events and trade show sponsorships that help drive acquisition of new accounts and strengthen relationships and revenue growth with existing customers

• Travel to trade shows to set-up booth exhibits and execute acquisition strategy

• Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure, analyze and adjust campaigns based on performance

• Evaluate the Company website and strategically build qualified traffic

• Manage external vendors, agencies and contractors as needed

• Manage budget/targets and allocate marketing investment to drive ROI with testing

• Support marketing team as needed on a variety of projects

• Work closely with Sales as well as Marketing

Competencies & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field

• Three (3) years in marketing with an emphasis on digital and B2B customer acquisition

• Flexible, versatile and a fast learner; ability to multitask 

• Well organized and detail oriented with demonstrated success at project managing multiple complex projects

• Familiarity with Google Analytics

• Demonstrated understanding and use of design and office programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment, with tight deadlines.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken​

Work Environment

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

• This role may work in an office environment, or may be remote

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 15 pounds.
