About the Role
Quantum Metric is looking for a savvy Demand Generation Manager with a proven background in B2B marketing and digital campaign execution to join our Revenue Marketing team. If you are passionate about helping to shape and build an inbound marketing powerhouse, this role could be for you!
Responsibilities
- Project manage (and influence!) a comprehensive digital marketing campaign calendar—designed to drive global revenue growth through industry-specific programs targeting QM buyer personas
- Be a power-user of our marketing automation instance (Hubspot), ensuring our inbound campaigns are delivering impactful demand generation results
- Build out persona and lifecycle-based automated marketing + sales email nurture sequences designed to facilitate prospects through the QM buyer journey
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to oversee the effectiveness of inbound lead scoring program as well as lead routing to sales
- Manage day-to-day optimization of paid demand generation programs including SEM campaigns (Google, Bing) and paid social (LinkedIn, retargeting) — as well as A/B testing strategy.
- Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, EMEA marketing, and third party vendors
- Regularly track and report on demand generation KPIs including lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and Closed-Won revenue influence
Requirements
- 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns full-time
- Experience project managing end-to-end integrated digital campaigns
- Self-starter, able to work and project manage autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft ad, email, and landing page copy that aligns with brand voice and guidelines
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Hubspot (or similar MAP) is a must
- Experience with LinkedIn and Google Advertising platforms is required
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
