We are growing rapidly and need a metrics-driven, collaborative and self-starter Demand Generation Manager to drive our growth. The Demand Gen Manager will generate leads and awareness with crisp and effective messaging through a range of channels to ultimately increase Homebot’s revenue and build a cohesive brand across our target market.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Create lead generation strategies and implement tactical plans for our sales team
- Manage a small internal team and external resources to build the brand
- Develop and execute segment-based marketing campaigns to maximize ROI
- Create, implement and manage internal and external lead generation campaigns
- Provide sales support, including participation in client-specific customizations of presentations, messaging, demos, etc.
- Implement a consistent webinar strategy
- Implement paid media strategy
- Social media author and evangelist; write blogs, tweets, LinkedIn posts, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly (verbally and written) with all departments of the company to integrate market knowledge and lessons so Homebot can be more effective in growing the business
- Manage varying elements of database marketing
Collaboration:
- This role will report to COO
- You will work closely with Sales and Product departments
- You will be part of 2 other Marketing teammates
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5+ years of professional Demand Generation/Marketing experience in technology/software
- Experience with database marketing plans and Hubspot
Bonus Points:
- You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with the homeownership lifecycle
- You have worked for a busy SaaS start-up company
