We are seeking an experienced B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager with a curious mind and creative approach to help manage our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have broad expertise in the marketing field but have a passion specifically for digital marketing and demand gen. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads, implementing marketing automation efforts and strategies, and overseeing various marketing programs aimed at the API Integration platform buyer persona. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.

  • Partner with the BDR (business development reps) team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes.

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, etc. 

  • Drive demand generation and digital marketing strategies using all channels (website, emails, content syn, PPC, blogs, social, etc.)

  • Keep up-to-date with our personas and their buying preferences

  • Provide overall project management of marketing campaigns/projects. Proactively introduce and manage new, innovative campaigns and programs. 

  • Provide campaign analysis and reporting to understand ROI and to generate feedback for continuous improvement in all marketing efforts. Review data-driven results from campaigns and provide optimization strategies.

  • Skilled in content creation supported SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy to drive demand.

  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

What we would like you to have: 

  • 4-6+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS-based technology company

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience using or administering a marketing automation platform, ideally Hubspot

  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis

  • Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors

  • Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels

  • Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors  

  • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey

  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines

  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor

  • Knowledge of API integration a plus
