Sensera is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help scale our lead generation program. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for creating impactful lead generation campaigns focusing on email marketing, social media programs, nurture programs, direct mail, Google AdWords, and events to drive qualified pipeline. This role will partner with the creative services team to develop all of the necessary content and resources to ensure prospect and customer engagement. This role will also partner with sales leadership to ensure leads are properly handed-off and followed up, working with sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter passionate about helping us create and grow a high-performing demand generation engine.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web, email, PPC and social media to grow sales
  • Create, develop and manage content across social media, online communities, websites and email campaigns, including product specifications, digital assets, emails, etc.
  • Will be measured on driving sales qualified leads (SQL) – Product Demos and Webinars that Convert to Qualified quoted sales pipeline
  • Manage digital brand assets, branding and messaging to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Leverage positioning, messaging and buyer personas to generate sales qualified meetings.
  • Work with individual Sales Members to customize campaigns and messaging to specific customers
  • Define KPIs for a variety of campaigns, measure pipeline generation and contribution to track, monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance and make recommendations on how to improve performance and increase effectiveness
  • Measure all marketing campaigns and tactics driving towards optimization. Analyze outcomes, provide insights and present on results.
  • Develop and execute an integrated, national demand generation plan which includes email, nurture programs, content syndication and joint partners initiatives
  • Increase top of funnel leads, monitor and improve lead scoring models and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates and overall lead quality
  • Identify research, recommend and implement new marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate all logistics and campaigns for events (on and offline) including trade shows, webinars and speaking engagements
  • Work cross functionally with creative services to develop content and collateral as needed for campaigns
  • Be engaged with the sales team on feedback of campaigns, success of programs and closing the communication loop
  • Develop strategies and manage Google Adwords PPC and Paid Social programs within budget
  • Support optimization of the website and UX best practices by collaborating with Creative Services to enhance web applications
  • Deep understanding of website analytics tools, usability testing and A/B variant programs.
  • Adapt digital marketing campaigns to increase proven, data-driven results, through customer segmentation, communication, imagery, and A/B testing
  • Ability to learn and understand the latest trends and best practices in online/digital marketing
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption when appropriate

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B e-marketing or lead-gen sales experience, ideally in a software technology company
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business or communications
  • Expert Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, WordPress (and HTML) required
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sugar/SalesForce/NetSuite and Net-Results/Pardot/Marketo (or similar)
  • Comfortable in learning new technology
  • Proactive, responsive and driven
  • Must possess strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with well-developed priority planning skills
  • Understanding of product promotion and brand management and the creation of marketing and promotional materials that drive sales through all sales channels.
  • Commitment to function in fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to generate content for social media and Influencer marketing
