You in The Role and on The Team: In this role, you will unlock the potential of our rapidly growing business by scaling digital marketing campaigns. We're looking for a creative and curious person who likes to explore and discuss new ideas in demand generation, ABM, and analytics. You are a growth marketer who enjoys creating and measuring meaningful paid and organic campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our products.

A Day in the Life

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build, plan, iterate, support, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across paid media, social, SEO, digital, web, email, webinars, events, and more
  • Partner closely with sales leadership on campaign follow-up, outreach strategies, and ABM initiatives
  • Partner with sales teams to understand top target accounts and implement ABM strategy to engage and advance target opportunities
  • Develop compelling and innovative ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) that successfully engage targeted accounts moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Build outbound contact lists, ideating, and executing outbound efforts including ABM campaigns
  • Manage and support all day-to-day digital marketing operations
  • Build, implement, and iterate existing and new inbound marketing plan
  • Drive learning and optimization of audiences in the marketing funnel through experimentation, creative iteration, and A/B testing
  • Work with the creative team to design new landing pages and creative assets
  • Manage pixel data and UTM tracking processes
  • Create and run campaigns in HubSpot to generate conversions needed to achieve company targets
  • Optimize and manage the lead funnel process, and provide recommendations and enhancements
  • Execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous evaluation for improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns through analyzing and interpreting key metrics/reports, recommending corrective action, and ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness
  • Manage and improve online content with content manager, considering SEO and Google Analytics

Key success factors

  • 3+ years of previous work experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
  • Knowledgeable of ABM methodologies and strategies, including platforms such as Terminus
  • Extensive knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Clear understanding and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep and abiding love for figuring out how things work, then relentlessly testing and optimizing to drive desired outcomes

The Location: Downtown Denver or Remote

The Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
