Job Description

Conga is in search of a Demand Generation Coordinator to accelerate growth for our lead generation activities by executing best-in-class marketing campaigns to help scale revenue for our core products. You will support and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive quality leads and pipeline for our Sales organization through optimized programs across all media channels. We are looking for someone who is high growth obsessed and analytical to effectively measure and lead online programs, and who will passionately seek to test, improve, and optimize wherever possible. With the ability to strongly impact growth, the Demand Generation Coordinator will be results-oriented and must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. This role will have a significant impact on the Marketing and Sales teams and a large influence on Conga’s success. 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support and execute best-in-class demand generation campaigns that leverage a multi-channel approach to achieve business growth and revenue goals
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceeds aggressive company goals (a/b testing, etc.)
  • Support/optimize digital channels: ad spend across SEM, retargeting, and display, email efficiency across offers and nurturing to drive more leads while optimizing cost.
  • Design, launch, test and optimize email and ad campaigns, both to new prospects and existing customers.
  • Some experience in working on SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, social media and marketing campaigns
  • Some experience in optimizing website content, landing pages and user funnels and executing A/B and multivariate testing
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales team members to develop compelling content that will drive KPI’s
  • Regularly communicate campaigns and programs to key stakeholders
  • Support with measurement, analysis, and reporting performance of campaigns and develop smart segmentation plans and A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Work to improve cost per lead.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in B2B demand generation, success managing direct response-focused online marketing programs in areas such as email, content syndication, SEM and PPC, display, and social media advertising.
  • Be a high-performance team player who can work cross-functionally
  • Proven results with demand generation programs on multiple digital marketing channels
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact 
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams 
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and Pardot or other marketing automation tools
  • Technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment implementation, etc. is a plus
  • A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven and decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • High energy, self-directed, team player
  • Detail oriented
