Since, we've moved our headquarters to Denver, CO and grown to serve an international customer base consisting of enterprise level brokerages, developers, investors, and landlords. We continue to employ our methodologies and values to develop simple, user-friendly, and powerful Virtual Reality experiences to assist our clients in marketing Commercial Real Estate spaces to prospective tenants. Focusing on speed, cost-competitiveness and customer service - BlockVue strives to deliver a highly effective experience to both our clients and end users.

The Role:

Our team is looking for a project manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, highly motivated, creative and detail oriented. You will serve as the quarterback of our core products production process which requires clear and efficient communication between clients and architectural visualization artists.

You will be managing the stages of content creation and delivery of our core product which include:

• Gathering design intention and client requirements and relaying to internal teams.

• Creating accurate timelines/schedules and project plans to assure projects finish on schedule.

• Generating documents to clearly communicate scheduling and deadlines for project.

• Visual communication of design intention and specs of interior and exterior spaces. (i.e. furniture layouts, color palettes, materials swatches, architectural features.

• Taking detail Spec photographs of existing spaces to communicated architectural features.
