Customer Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:
Define, build, and run Zayo’s customer marketing strategy and programs with the goal of driving retention, growth, and advocacy within top customer accounts
Manage end-to-end omni channel campaigns and customer communications across the customer lifecycle
Partner with sales and product marketing to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
Lead a cross functional team to drive maximum efficiency in our sales and marketing processes
Identify, build, and promote incredible customer stories
Deliver high-touch, curated customer experiences and engaging campaigns that drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Work cross functionally to deliver customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, forums, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
Develop processes for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
Minimum qualifications
5+ years experience in a high-tech B2B marketing, with at least 2 years experience in customer or product marketing
Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth
Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Hands-on experience managing targeted, personalized campaigns across multiple platforms
“Test and learn” mindset - comfortable taking calculated risks
Detail oriented and strong cross-functional program management skills
Thorough understanding of marketing buyer journeys
Preferred qualifications
Experience marketing to large enterprise clients in a highly complex industry
Familiarity with basic event marketing best practices and processes
Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
Passion for technology and infrastructure

Base salary range: $65,600-$96,000
Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) - Full-time Zayo employees are also eligible for discretionary AIP which is based on the performance of the Company, an employee’s business segment, and the individual employee
