In this role, you will focus on the supporting customer lifecycle and demand generation campaigns to grow revenue within our existing customer base. With 11,000+ customers and multiple product lines the role of customer marketing manager is central to revenue growth and customer retention. Additionally, the role will focused on building customer affinity, reducing churn and maximizing product utilization. You must be able to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic, ROI-driven customer programs that materially impact the bottom line. You will work closely with the Customer Success team and cross functionality with other internal customers such as product marketing, sales, and product education.
You will empower management and sales to use customer feedback and data to create and optimize customer programs, identify problems, and implement strategies to accelerate growth of retention and advocacy opportunities. The role resides in global customer marketing organization.
Own the strategy, development, measurement, and execution of customer lifecycle journey campaigns including nurture tracks, onboarding, direct mail milestone kits, user group meetings, and holiday messages, executive gift.
Innovate and manage additional advocacy programs to mobilize and engage Conga customers
Build and execute campaigns to generate cross sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base
Work closely with demand generation campaigns on customer data, communications and nurture programs to increase engagement and success of revenue goals within existing customer base.
Work with product marketing on new product launches and releases to drive attach rate within existing customer base
Assist in the development of content marketing and thought leadership programs and materials, and oversee all promotional planning in support of these programs
Manage customer program budgets to maximize marketing results, while continually testing new ideas/approaches to improve effectiveness
Work with Customer Success Managers on campaigns and webinars to generate additional pipeline and engagement
Develop and optimize the customer lifecycle to reduce churn and down sell
Grow Customer Community through both online and on-site customer connections. Promotion of greater engagement.
Collaborate with Product Education, Delivery, Customer Success and Partner teams to provide customers with valuable content and resources to support them throughout their customer journey.
Provide data and reporting results on program and campaign activities
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
3+ years’ experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns for demand generation or customer programs
Experience with marketing tools including: Salesforce, Sendoso, Salesloft, Marketo, Wrike or compatible tools.
Familiarity with customer and marketing tools like Gainsight, Influitive, RO Innovation are highly preferred
Experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns, with a demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement in demand generation programs for high-tech B2B companies, Saas company experience preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation
Hard-working self-starter able to navigate a fast-paced environment while still providing attention to detail and approaching tasks conscientiously
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
