Curriculum Product Marketing Manager

Overview of the Position:
You’ll love this new role if you are excited to connect Global 2000 audiences to a new, more efficient way of working using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You’ll be working closely with Course Owners to align Scaled Agile’s learning and certification portfolio to a shared set of standards unified under one brand, a cohesive set of messaging, content and campaigns. You will help define and disseminate the value proposition for SAFe Certification. You will be responsible for working with our Enterprise Solutions, Partner Development, Community Success and other teams to develop enablement tools and go to market plans.
A day in our open, collaborative workspace might look like:
- A conversation with Course Owners on the state of their course development or pairing with them on the curriculum roadmap
- Understanding the customer needs driving course development and translating those needs into positioning and talking points for Solutions, Partner and Community teams.
- Conducting research to understand the competitive landscape w/r/t courses and certifications
- Developing a go to market plan to determine how to best deploy new and updated products to support internal teams and external markets

In this role, you will grow and expand your expertise by:
- Participating in “Gemba” - getting out in the field to develop your knowledge of how the SAFe curriculum is being received in the market, how the messaging could be relentlessly improved and seeing where campaigns are/are not resonating with Scaled Agile’s target audiences
- Pairing with Product Managers and Course Owners to analyze markets, define market needs and align products, messaging and roll out plans.
- Partnering directly with a world-class partner and enterprise solutions organization focused on building long term, valuable, scalable relationships with our enterprise buyers
- Owning the overall messaging and position for Scaled Agile’s learning and certification
- Attending training on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deepen your knowledge of enterprise agility

What you’ll add – as an individual and part of the broader team:
- 6+ years as a product manager in a learning/training environment with a demonstrated history of successfully coordinating with internal teams to enable them and bring products to market
- Hands-on skills writing content, developing presentations, creating marketing materials and messaging.
- Experience and excitement about aligning products and value propositions to audiences
- Experience in a fast-growing company with the ability to act with a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with Agile practices - SAFe knowledge a plus
