CRM Manager - Casino & Sports

We are currently looking for a CRM Manager - Casino & Sports to join our team in Denver. As a CRM Manager you will report to the VP of CRM & Promotions and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

  • Own and be accountable for the development of automated campaigns across Sports and Casino
  • Responsible for curating the single customer view between products, ensuring a best-in-class approach to communications at key life stages
  • Manage the CRM strategy for Casino and liaise with Casino Operations to deliver performing campaigns
  • Employ a recency, Frequency and Value approach to Casino CRM and the overarching communication strategy between all products
  • Report communication performance to both Casino and CRM senior management as well as liaise with Casino to collectively create comprehensive reports on communication engagement and the ROI of associated promotions and bonuses
  • Lead the lifecycle mapping task for each touchpoint on the casino app/website.
  • Manage the approach to building automated and ad-hoc campaigns from scratch with a focus on personalization and customization for a multitude of client bases.
  • Shape and drive CRM Segmentation - how we group our users and what cohorts we should focus on
  • Ensure CRM Triggers are established and employed to establish what behavior should trigger what user journey.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team leads to ensure company-level and personalized messages reach PointsBet customers.
  • Multi-task across multiple projects and marketing campaigns, using existing tools and communication skills to manage project information and deliverables.
  • Set and ensure outbound communications KPIs are ingrained into reporting (what are we tracking to continuously improve the Customer Experience for our users).
  • Lead and continually drive the ongoing analysis into all CRM campaigns - allowing senior leaders to quickly understand what works and what needs to be improved on.

  • Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of Customer Lifecycle/Marketing Automation or CRM/e-commerce marketing experience, ideally with a high-tech company.
  • Strong HTML experience.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
  • Ability to use marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Selligent, ExactTarget & other platforms.
  • Experience defining success metrics and delivering on key KPI targets.
  • Passionate understanding of CRM and proven analytical ability with applied learning.
  • Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results.
  • Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and is effective in a variety of communication settings i.e. one to one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels.
  • Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique.
  • Learns quickly. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work some nights and weekends during busy periods of the sports calendar.
