CRM Lead
You live and breathe innovative and data-driven email marketing practices and dream of ways to turn one dollar into three through countless renditions of placing, testing, tweaking, and optimizing in the digital world. You know what OR, CTR, CPA mean and have a solid background in email marketing and campaign analysis. You are comfortable in a data-driven culture while also having the capability to implement out-of-the-box creative solutions.
We are looking for a CRM/Email Marketing Lead with hands-on email marketing experience in a B2C ecommerce company to help us build a first-in-class CRM team. You will be responsible for driving forward the email strategy at Artifact Uprising andwill work with our VP of Marketing to maximize revenue opportunities across our customer base. You will also work closely with the Director of Brand and Director of Design to leverage creative concepts, developing a new and innovative blend of content and commerce to push email marketing into the next stage of growth.
Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to acquire new users, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle. Report on channel performance against business KPIs. Develop new strategies to propel growth through iterative testing leveraging consumer insights and marketing analytics. Capture new leads and grow customer database through onsite email capture (including promotions) and landing pages that collect data to leverage through lifecycle marketing.
THE DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies to acquire new users, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle
- Manage and oversee execution of our email marketing strategy and report on channel performance against business KPIs
- Develop new strategies to propel growth through iterative testing leveraging consumer insights and marketing analytics.
- Capture new leads and grow customer database through onsite email capture (including promotions)
- Execute new tactics to capture customer data to leverage through lifecycle marketing
- Partner with our product, operations, brand, and design teams to ensure communications are effective and best-in-class
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5-8 years managing an email marketing program at B2C ecommerce company
- Minimum 1 year in a people management role with at least one direct report
- Expert in email marketing segmentation
- Capable of identifying customer behavior trends and devising email programs that engage and convert
- Demonstrated experience executing and segmenting multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and mobile marketing and measurement
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results and deadline driven environment
- Able to see the big picture and have the ability to execute at the same time
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Basic understanding of html/CSS as it relates to email
