JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for the governance, management and maintenance of our CRM system, including functional enhancements and import/export of data to support Marketing and Sales functions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Balance technology and business issues and be able to communicate appropriately with Marketing and Sales Management
  • Manage lead lists, ensure that fields are updated correctly, find and delete duplicate leads, manage custom fields, manage the API, handle lead assignment rules, and automation.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to help build filters and reports, queries to optimize data for email marketing efforts for marketing and sales programs
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing on data projects to cleanse and purify our database
  • Analyze and evaluate data / information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile / address conflicts or business issues
  • Conduct independent analysis and review data requirements utilizing knowledge of business systems with ability to supply alternative suggestions/improvements to requirements
  • Help the Sales and Marketing teams to develop, implement and manage data quality and protection measures
  • Identify and document best practices for data input guidelines for our sales teams, both inside and outside sales and ensure these are updated regularly based on the business needs.
  • Provide assistance with cleansing, de-duplication and harmonization of data with the database to optimize email and marketing campaign results.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and develop charts/reports for presentations of results.
  • Design and implement reporting to provide Management with performance reports on both sales/data metrics as needed using Excel and CRM reporting features

Required Qualifications/Skills

  • Must have 1-2 years' + full-time working experience in similar role
  • Outstanding communication and documentation skills as well as the ability to assess the needs of users and translate these into accurate and accessible reports are essential
  • Experience with Saleforce, Netsuite, Sugar or other CRM tools a plus.
  • High level of curiosity and investigative mind-set with an attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to be proficient at querying and managing data
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and highly experienced at dealing with clients/users at all levels, singly and in groups
  • Demonstrated sense of logic, creativity, decision making and problem resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Qualified candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

Education/Certification/License

  • Bachelors Degree required in Computer Science or information and data management or Business/Marketing
