Creative Lead (Marketing)

Mersive is a scaling software company in downtown Denver, and we’re seeking the perfect Creative Lead with graphic design, video production, and project management experience to join our fast-paced marketing team. Mersive is transforming how the world works, and learns with its wireless media sharing and collaboration software. The Creative Lead will play a critical role in the Mersive’s content marketing and brand building efforts.

The Creative Lead will join Mersive’s Brand and Product Marketing team and will own all marketing creative (graphic and video) across brand, content, and other marketing programs. The position requires both project management and individual production of high-quality creative assets to support Mersive’s strategic marketing goals and company growth.

The right candidate will love designing a brand strategy that complements our thought leadership in workplace innovation. You’ll interact with our product and evangelism efforts to be part of a holistic approach to design. The ability to bring design-led thinking to the fore, collaborate with product and strategy teams, and build a brand message that reinforces the company identity are key to the role.

This position offers the right experienced professional the opportunity to apply graphic and video production skills to accelerate adoption of Mersive’s industry-leading collaboration product. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success, a diverse portfolio of work, high attention to detail, the ability to coordinate among multiple teams and projects effectively, and a willingness to accept ownership of a many duties including but not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of all marketing graphic and video creative.
• Assume ownership of Mersive’s visual brand.
• Execute in-house creative projects from start to finish.
• Project manage large projects, including identifying, selecting, and managing outside vendors and getting buy-in and sign-off from internal stakeholders.
• Balance and execute multiple projects simultaneously from large-multi-month projects, one-off design requests, and everything in between.
• Work cross-functionally with other Mersive teams as needed to complete value-add initiatives that arise, including interfacing with the product team, supporting sales requests, and more.
• Meet high-volume production schedule to support Mersive’s content marketing calendar.
• Ensure Mersive’s standards for quality and brand alignment/compliance are met on all projects.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, video production, or another related field of study.
• 3-5 years professional graphic design + video experience.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert level knowledge and experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar).
• Portfolio/examples of visual marketing assets across graphic, video, and web media.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a thorough security background check.

• Experience creating video animations / motion graphics.
