Copywriter and Digital Marketing Specialist
Our Content Strategist will be responsible for creating and executing Live Urban Real Estate’s written content, social media brand, and SEO practices across all digital and print marketing channels.
You’re a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as you engage with social connections while communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. You will be instrumental in creating and managing the company’s content-related assets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required.
- Demonstrates creativity and proven success in social media.
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application including social media.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound and empirically proven.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Is knowledgeable and proficient in SEO as it relates to static website and dynamic blog content.
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
Essential Duties
- Maintain unique brand voice
- Deliberate planning, goal setting, and analytics of content, social media, and SEO
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Content creation and management across digital and print platforms
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, and strategy.
- SEO and generation of inbound traffic
- Internal office communications
