The Convercent Marketing team is looking for a content marketing specialist to write our thought leadership content across the customer journey. That means you’re as comfortable writing a short LinkedIn post as you are doing a deep dive for a 20-page ebook.

In this role, you’ll help our Content team redefine the complex, often-intimidating ethics and compliance industry. No one else in our industry is bringing the same positivity, energy and innovation to the table. As we refine and strengthen our brand voice, you’ll help our audience to face complex challenges with renewed motivation—and you’ll work closely with some of the top minds in the space to publish, refine, and edit their ideas. You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Revenue Enablement along the way.

This is not a simple, two-blogs-per-week content marketing role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, growth-minded team member to bring our story to life in podcasts, videos, community engagement, and more—if it qualifies as “content,” it’s fair game. Key Responsibilities: 

• Write and produce blogs, ebooks, podcasts, social, lead-generating assets, case studies and more
• Plan and execute social media editorial calendar
• Edit thought leadership content written by internal and external subject matter experts
• Develop SEO keyword strategy alongside our agency
• Collaborate with Director of Content Marketing on community engagement
• Track and report on content KPIs including conversions
• Continually revisit and optimize existing content
• Localize content for UK
• Project manage your work, including review cycles

Required Skills and Experience: 

• 2-4 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• A strong portfolio of thought leadership content
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with Wordpress, Hootsuite, Canva
• Podcast and video skills are a major bonus—if you have them, don’t be shy! Share examples.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary and variable compensation ranges provided here are just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications and education.

• Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary + variable compensation
  This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
