Content Marketing Producer

 

Status: Full Time, M-F 40 hours/week

Reports to: Marketing Director

Location: Denver, CO

 

We’re looking for an ambitious entry level Product Marketing enthusiast to help us build, launch and promote products and experiences that help make health care providers financially sustainable. From day one, you’ll be responsible for supporting customer success stories, sales enablement, product launches, and media campaigns that drive customer growth and adoption. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with content development and production and will have an understanding of product marketing principles. You’ll be influential in driving our product marketing, contributing original copy from industry news stories and blogs, to product descriptions and auditing existing content, while ensuring that all content and material supports overall corporate strategy. You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to deliver original content that both adds value for customers and positions our products within our target market.

 

Daily and monthly responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in developing and delivering a robust content marketing strategy by assisting in defining development priorities for new and existing products.
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research, and competitive analysis with support of marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Embrace and become intimately familiar with product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver unique and original content deliverables, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, ebooks, playbooks, presentations, and other sales enablement tools in our brand voice.
  • Finds newsworthy and timely content opportunities that resonate with target audience for regular blog posts, webinars, and enewsletters, working closely with our PR firm.
  • Develop new avenues of content to increase unique visitor numbers, page views, newsletter subscriptions and community engagement.
  • Ensure there is a quick turn-around on sourcing, researching and writing engaging content for a variety of channels and events.
  • Adhere to brand standards and enforce brand guidelines in published content.
  • Plan and updates website content from a search engine optimization perspective and in our brand voice.
  • Write strong social media posts, repurposing content on our social channels.
  • Develop and manage client relationships in relation to content production.
  • Work across several aspects of marketing, from branding and product positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, customer service, and PR.
  • Participate in regular meetings and ongoing education opportunities to grow.

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • You have experience and love for working cross-functionally.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or communications.
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, want to leave a stamp on the organization, and are the type of person who can get things done.
  • You have past work experience planning, writing and editing copy in a professional capacity. Internships accepted.
  • You have a working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • You have experience managing social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook in a professional capacity. Hootsuite or other social publishing tools a plus.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with PowerPoint.
  • You have a working knowledge of CMS software such as Wordpress and understanding of Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • You have 3-5+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You’re familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools, especially Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
  • You have experience working with project planning tools (Trello, Asana, Redbooth).
  • You have a working knowledge of design and email software (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • No coding experience required, but HTML and/or CSS is a plus.
  • Video production and/or editing experience is a major plus.
  • Ideally you have had experience in a healthcare or tech / software setting.
  • You’re comfortable working at a company where data really matters.
