Content Marketing Manager

As a Content Marketing Manager, this starts by having a deep understanding of our customers and how to tell compelling stories across digital platforms and channels. Collaboration is in your DNA, and you will sit at the intersection of content, segment marketing, and product marketing—partnering with subject matter experts across these teams to create content that pulls users in and moves them to act. You have experience crafting the right content for wherever the buyer is in their journey - blogs, ebooks, infographics, videos and digital assets - whatever works to help them understand how we help them overcome challenges. Your goals: uphold our brand, make our value propositions sing, and craft content that intrigues our customers - ultimately driving awareness, engagement and leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Product and Segment Marketing Managers to understand our products, the market, competitive landscape, customer personas and business objectives and use those insights to create the content our audience is looking for
- Craft concepts, write, edit, proof, and finalize various content types for owned and paid channels
- Collaborate with a visual designer when necessary to produce and deliver assets for marketing channels
- Act as a secondary copy editor for peers
- Analyze results of content activity to inform future optimization
- Ensure adherence to tone and voice of the Pushpay brand
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5+ years experience as a content creator at an agency or for a technology company
- Outstanding copywriting and editing skills, and a high bar for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Agency experience preferred
- An understanding of email copy and structural strategies that help drive conversion
- Experience working within templates and character counts
- Experience writing to a defined style and tone of voice
- Experience writing B2B content for a variety of marketing channels
- Relish crafting content based on data, research, insights, and customer successes
- An ownership mentality and a bias for action
- An affinity for managing several projects in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to be agile and tackle the ad hoc
- A collaborative approach, teaming across functions and with partners

Pay for CO state: $73/K- 92/K (DOE)
Pay for other states: Varies based on location
For WA & CO - In office, will need to physically work in our WA or CO office (when permitted back)
