As a Content Marketing Manager in Xactly's Denver office, you will be responsible for creating content with a consistent writing style and tone for all marketing content, including but not limited to: Social Media posts, press release content, ad material, guides, e-Books, marketing email campaigns, blogs posts, bylined articles, and datasheets. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for the written word, works calmly and creatively under tight deadlines, and above all is comfortable consistently coming up with new ways to engage our audience through content marketing. Responsibilities:

• Work with community manager to amplify content on Xactly's Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Write and manage campaign content, including emails
• Content creation and copy-editing
• Regular contributor to Xactly's blog
• Help manage content calendar, participate in content planning, and ensure timely and high quality execution of content projects
• Ensure that all content is clear and consistent, complete and credible, and that the text is well written, grammatically correct, and without errors
• Work to create great customer-centric content that teaches and engages multiple personas/audiences
• Must become familiar with SEO keywords to make sure they are being used whenever possible, work with SEO agency to develop content ideas, approve and edit SEO content
• Ability to track and analyze data to measure growth and engagement

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 0-2 years relevant writing experience
• Familiar with Social Media Marketing with a firm grasp of how to use listening tools to measure growth and engagement
• Strong business acumen and professionalism, with solid communication skills both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, innovative and self-motivated, superior prioritization, time, and project management skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver is a plus
• Must be able to think creatively and strategically
• Must be able to break down and understand online data
• Must have a mastery of spelling and grammar
