Lawgical is seeking an independent, self-starter with a high attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines as our new Content Manager. 

The Lawgical marketing team is lean and agile, and in this role you recognize the need to roll up your sleeves to identify opportunities to maximize our content for visits, conversions and increase our brand awareness and loyalty. It’s important for you to be an in-house subject matter expert -- understanding our customers and industry trends.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of direct experience managing content.
  • 2 years of people management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Passion for content creation.
  • Experience working with editorial deadlines, and the ability to create a comprehensive content plan.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills with ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
  • Experience using a content management system.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all users and content that exists for our brands.
  • Ensure creation and delivery of accurate, effective content, collaborate with stakeholders for content approvals, manage editorial calendars, and turn business goals into content solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of content generation including the research, production, and publication of blogs, newsletters, website landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos. This will include writing and editing content, as well as in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize content using data, industry best practices, and experimentation.
  • Research and stay up to date with news, trends, and opportunities in the legal industry.
