Greenhouse is looking for a Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a results-driven individual, who enjoys winning from board games to major deals, but is collaborative and enjoys helping others win even more. We are looking for someone who is creative, enterprising and able to find the answers when they are not obvious. This role will allow you to take the lead on all competitive intelligence company-wide.

What you’ll do

  • Define a process and strategy for gathering, analyzing and consistently presenting our global competitive landscape and key competitive messaging propositions to stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials that clearly communicate the Greenhouse competitive advantage
  • Own the process of collecting win/loss analysis – both qualitative and quantitative
  • Support major product launches with competitive intelligence to complement sales collateral and messaging
  • Support the sales enablement team with trainings on and maintenance of all competitive materials and content management
  • Own sales onboarding and continued education of competitive intelligence related positioning and messaging for the sales team

You should have

  • Experience in Marketing or Sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills that are applied to all of your work and in order to make impactful and trusted recommendations
  • A solid understanding of the HR tech landscape
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce
  • Proven experience working with and enabling an Enterprise sales team with competitive intelligence and messaging to annual sales goals, related to the competition
  • Experience with competitive and business intelligence tools, such as Gartner and IDC
  • Strong experience working in product marketing, marketing or sales with a specific focus on competitive intelligence
  • Proactive approach to work, includes raising hand to take on stretch projects and providing relevant suggestions for process and/or content improvement
