We are on a world-changing mission to build a new, regenerative economy and a more human internet.

Holo is a distributed cloud platform that enables our community to earn cryptocurrency by hosting truly peer-to-peer applications on their own mini servers.  Holo is built on Holochain, our new open source, post-blockchain framework that is faster, massively scalable and 10,000 x cheaper.

Following our successful ICO, we are rapidly expanding and are looking for Web Developer/Designer to help us grow Holo and Holochain.

Community Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Management of community, moderation, support and social media platforms - this includes, but is not limited to Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, MeetUp, LinkedIn

  • Telegram - keep alive with announcements and calls to action. Respond to all questions. Welcome new members on a daily basis.

  • Coordinate schedules to ensure coverage across channels and time zones as needed.

  • Support the consistency in community management for all social channels as required

  • Help monitor social via tracking tools, conducting analysis on key metrics and sharing reports regularly

  • Share and distribute appropriate content

  • Quickly develop a strong understanding of Holochain technology and become an ambassador, educator and evangelist for our community

  • Keep alive with announcements and calls to action. Respond to all questions. Welcome new members on a daily basis

  • Planning and managing events, conferences and hackathons

Who you are:

  • You have a background as a Community Manager within the crypto space

  • You are experienced using Telegram

  • You have some experience with customer support across social media, email and online chats (e.g. Telegram,Discord, Slack)

  • You have the ability to monitor social platforms and use appropriate actions (e.g. deleting spam, banning malicious users)

  • You have a basic understanding of technical applications and how to explain these terms to the community

  • You have the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

  • You have the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

  • You are very comfortable working at pace in a startup, entrepreneurial environment

  • You are happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, ensuring that interviews happen and offers are made quickly

  • You are highly organized and results focused – you get the job done but are flexible enough to adapt to change
