The Client Strategist is the strategic partner for our client and our internal execution teams. This role is equal parts strategic, coordination and communication as they ensure client success through proactive growth initiative development and ongoing performance updates.

  • Communication

    • External - Serve as the client’s day-to-day communication point person

    • Internal - Ensure that all work is aligned with client goals and requests

  • Strategy Development

    • Work with clients to understand their business better, which includes both their short-term and long-term goals.

    • Work with internal team to develop a KPI-based holistic app growth plan for our clients focused on their long-term goals. This will be broken down into annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily initiatives that will be communicated with both internal SMEs and the client

    • QBR development and meetings with client and key internal stakeholders

  • Business Growth

    • Upselling services that align with client growth goals and ambitions

    • Forecasting business growth and revenue to help align internal resources

  • Cross Knowledge

    • Staying up on the latest growth marketing strategies and tactical implementation. The goal is to have a deep understanding of how to build and deploy a holistic app marketing plan

    • Working with the internal SMEs to verse yourself in the tactics needed to help your client hit their KPIs

  • Reporting

    • Develop reporting materials and cadences based on important client information

    • Provide reporting to both internal and external teams

  • Thought Leadership

    • Staying on top of trends and participating in thought leadership opportunities such as blogs, case studies, white papers, and speaking events.

    • Identifying opportunities for our clients to grow their thought leadership as well

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 2-5 years of client strategy experience (client or agency side) or account management experience.

  • 1-3 years of performance management for mobile-focused clients

  • 1-2 years of developing client-focused strategies. Please share examples of work.

  • Facebook, Google, Twitter, Programmatic, Social, Ad Network media background

  • Working knowledge of ASO, CRM (email, push notification, chat messaging) and tech stack
