In this new position within our Strategic Partnership Team, you will be the right hand of the Partner Lead acting as an equal parts account manager, user-centered experience designer, and content producer. You may have started your career in media production or advertising where you orchestrated website design, simple web application experiences, or content development. You bring an innovative approach to your experience design and storytelling skills and are an expert at building trusting relationships with your clients. How you’ll spend your days:
- Keeping in lockstep with the Partner lead to nurture and grow our strategic partnerships
- Developing specific prototype growth experiences that utilize Gloo’s platform capabilities and yield successful win-win outcomes for Gloo, the client, and the User
- Building deep, trusting relationships throughout the organization in person, on the phone, and through email
- Collaborating with designers, the Product Lead, and other peers to fine-tune your experiences while improving and refining processes along the way
- Maintaining brand and visual consistency across a suite of mobile and web applications
- Developing hypotheses and detailed test plans to validate/invalidate your prototype experiences
- Conducting in-market user interviews to ensure that learning is validated
- Surfacing and integrating user and client feedback and other “boots on the ground” feedback that will help us enhance your experience and Gloo’s platform capabilities for the future
What you’ll bring to the team:
- BA/BS in a producer or creative discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a client services role within a media or advertising organization
- Experience orchestrating web and/or content experience development; experience with assessments a plus!
- An intense curiosity for how organizations build trust and value with their members to deepen engagement
- Competency with GSuite and slide deck builds to communicate ideas
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, etc.)
- A working knowledge of prototyping technologies such as InVision, Sketch, and Indesign
- Innovative, detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is self-confident and willing to tackle uncharted territory
- Creative problem solver who enjoys collaborating and ideating with others
- Logical thinker with the ability to multi-task, managing and switching priorities as needed
- Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
