The Chief Marketing Officer at Arturo is responsible for all functions related to the marketing and branding of our products and organization. The hands-on, growth-oriented role will be responsible for corporate level marketing and branding, program support for our sales channels, content to support our sales, campaign management, event coordination and managing our social media and website presence. The Chief Marketing Officer will lead a team of marketing professionals.

What you will do:

  • Leads all aspects of marketing, social media, program management and branding for Arturo with a "hands-on" initiative.
  • Builds and maintains programs to support sales and marketing programs developed by Arturo 
  • Leads a team of marketing professionals with a strong focus on team building and development
  • Build international playbooks to put us front of mind in new markets and regions
  • Develop programmatic-based content to support various products
  • Utilizes marketing analytics, tracking, and measurements to communicate results and optimizes tactics.
  • Supports B2B sales activities and new account acquisition for our products
  • Maintains content on our website, social media channels and our platforms to inform various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meets with various stakeholders, including distribution partners, financial advisors, investors, carriers, InsurTech experts and other stakeholders.
  • Drives PR and branding guidelines and initiatives.
  • Performs other projects and duties as assigned, including developments of strategic initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field, Master’s preferred
  • Proven track record of building and leading a team of marketing professionals
  • A passion for building and executing marketing strategy
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience leading a marketing team
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Global marketing experience essential
  • Experience in all marketing and communication methods.
  • High acumen for marketing execution and utilizing data to optimize results.
  • Mix of creative and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong industry knowledge.
  • Passion for innovation and excellence.
  • Ability to partner with multiple groups and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have:

  • InsureTech, Mortgage Lending and Real Estate experience would be a PLUS
  • Leading Marketing in a high growth startup environment is ideal
