The Role

 

We are seeking a highly motivated team player, with a passion for technology (security), channel marketing, partner engagement and general marketing excellence. The Channel Marketing Specialist is a high impact member of the Channel Marketing team that will help to support Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) partners. This position plays a key role as a specialist driving consistent communication, campaigns, project management and execution to support overall RMM development. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a flexible team player, who is committed to quality results, thinks strategically, forms opinions based on the data and who can operate independently, as well as within a team. This person should have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, partner demand generation, new partner acquisition (RMM strategy) and general channel marketing.

 

Specific Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tactics that raise awareness amongst our RMM partners, including webinars, events, incentives and email to meet quarterly RMM sales goals. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of RMM events including management of pre-show promotion, onsite or virtual activities and post-show lead entry, tracking, etc.
  • Coordinate webinars for partner education and lead generation or in support of RMM lead gen activities.
  • Leverage successful content and campaigns in the partner toolkit that help RMM partners recruit new customers and grow their business, including email campaigns, co-branded content, web assets and other thought leadership material.
  • Support channel content creation for use in RMM end-user recruitment campaigns, maintain website content and usage tracking.

 

Work directly with other members of the marketing team to execute the following:

 

  • Process statements of work and purchase orders in support of RMM budget and budget spend tracking
  • Co-management of RMM activities in direct coordination with both marketing managers
  • Event project management to include monthly webinar series and partner-initiated events
  • Updates to both internal and external partner portals (Kaseya Automation Exchange Portal)
  • Monthly newsletter support
  • Manage gifting platforms and program
  • Create marketing request forms as required to support marketing managers efforts
  • Management of legal review process and follow up per marcom process

 

 

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of related B2B tech marketing work experience and experience in channel marketing a plus.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of a channel partner environment and channel programs.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical and communication skills, with ability to assist in the development of marketing content and reporting that communicates program results.
  • Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Up to 10-20% travel as necessary
