Job Summary/Description:
We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to create and manage the marketing strategy with our partners in our North America Master Agent Program.
As Channel Marketing Manager, you will cultivate, maintain and build upon excellent partner relationships, assist partners with the ability to implement Zoom marketing campaigns, and work closely as a team with Zoom’s Master Agent sales team to align on strategy and execute on that strategy with your aligned partners. You will track success metrics to create better future plans to influence partner-driven pipeline growth.
In this cross-functional role, you will also work collaboratively with internal Zoom teams including marketing, sales and channel, product, finance, and operations teams to drive awareness of our diverse partner ecosystem and develop supporting content and processes to support the program.
Finally, you will know how to operate entrepreneurially while working inside of a large organization.
Responsibilities:
Create GTM and joint marketing strategies with partners to drive internal and external strategies. Execute key assets for joint solutions launch and sales enablement
Develop relationships with leaders and partner counterparts at key partners to ensure Zoom is positioned well and that the partner sees a successful business opportunity
Develop and execute end to end integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing, product marketing, and channel teams
Manage global Market Development Fund (MDF) Program including budget allocation, review and approval process, and activity implementation and execution with partners. Drive analysis to maximize ROI
Monitor and set KPIs (key performance indicators) measuring the success of ongoing campaigns and joint marketing activities
Develop joint messaging, solutions briefs, presentations slides, business and technical white papers, web and social content for external and internal education
Work closely with Partner Enablement to ensure partners receive the proper training and meet any criteria required to maintain their status within the partner program
Plan and execute on partner-facing events such as trade shows and field events
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years working in marketing at high tech or SaaS company
Must have channel marketing experience and understand the channel (Master Agent experience preferred)
