Channel Marketing Manager, Carriers / Service Providers at Zoom Video Communications
We are looking for a Carrier Channel Marketing Manager to create and manage the marketing strategy with our partners in our Carriers partners .
As Carrier Channel Marketing Manager, you will cultivate, maintain and build upon excellent partner relationships, assist partners with the ability to implement Zoom marketing campaigns, and work closely as a team with Zoom’s Carriers team to align on strategy and execute on that strategy with your aligned partners. You will track success metrics to create better future plans to influence partner-driven pipeline growth.
In this cross-functional role, you will also work collaboratively with internal Zoom teams including marketing, sales and channel, product, finance, and operations teams to drive awareness of our diverse partner ecosystem and develop supporting content and processes to support the program.
Finally, you will know how to operate entrepreneurially while working inside of a large organization.
Lead Zoom’s end to end strategy with carriers partners. Build relationships that lead to effective marketing solutions competitive landscape
Create GTM and joint marketing strategies with partners to drive internal and external strategies. Execute key assets for joint solutions launch and sales enablement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sell-in strategic plans and initiatives, negotiate space, lead positioning and programs
Develop and execute end to end integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing, product marketing, and channel teams
Build and manage MDF budgets (tied to metrics) and manage post campaign reporting by following up with partners to gather metrics/data on campaign execution effectiveness. Work with the analytics team to provide program analysis on the performance of all campaigns.
Develop joint messaging, solutions briefs, presentations slides, business and technical white papers, collateral, web and social content for external and internal education
Work closely with Partner Enablement to ensure partners receive the proper training and meet any criteria required to maintain their status within the partner program
Plan and execute on partner-facing events such as trade shows and field events
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years working in marketing at high tech or SaaS company
Must have carrier/service providers marketing experience
Demonstrated record of building and fostering relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
Problem solver and proactively anticipate needs
Pro at multi-tasking and prioritization
Proven team player in a high achievement-oriented environment
Desire to deliver the best solution for sales, channel, and the end customers
