About the team
This position is part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence team driving best-in-class campaigns supporting FIS global and cross business unit marketing programs and product launches. This is a global team that spans geographies and works collaboratively embracing Teams and other platforms to connect and communicate. We are agile, focused, and innovative, and we deliver strategic, programmatic, and tactical campaigns contributing measurable value for company.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for planning and managing highly effective multi-touch, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that support FIS pipeline goals. This includes all program tactics specifically focused on brand awareness, demand generation, and the analysis of key metrics to determine campaign success and/or refinement. You are expected to act as a liaison between your marketing segment and the Center of Excellence, as well as central shared service functions such as campaign ops, marketing communications, events, business development and digital/creative.

  • Develop and manage the execution of high-impact integrated awareness and demand generation campaigns that include identifying, nurturing, and converting leads
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on awareness and demand generation best practices and campaign channels & technologies
  • Act as a go-to resource for questions on your assigned campaign priorities, status, performance, issues, resources, and timing; demonstrate project management discipline across all assigned campaigns
  • Positively and proactively represent the COE internally and externally; serve as a "Client Success Manager" for your internal marketing customers - communicating and collaborating positively and proactively, building credibility, trust, and relationships
  • Serve as the "owner" for assigned campaigns, from development and execution through optimization and final de-brief/key learnings
  • Work with marketing operations to develop individual campaign scorecards with benchmarked performance metrics and coordinate regular optimization calls to course correct as campaign execution unfolds


What you bring:
We are looking for a hard-working professional that is comfortable in a global, corporate environment working with teams that span geographies, marketing functions, and business units.

  • Solid understanding of the different functions of marketing and best practices around marketing tactics
  • Ability to design, develop and deploy short and long-term marketing campaigns - from initiation to execution to evaluation / optimization.
  • Demonstrate a "Continuous learning" approach as it relates to new campaign tactics, technologies, channels
  • Demonstrate critical soft skills for success: Collaborative, process-oriented, desire to learn, flexible, "can do" attitude, team player, communicative, problem-solver
  • 8+ years in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience


Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience developing and implementing global/regional marketing campaign plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Dynamics 365, Marketo, Workfront Project Management
  • In-depth knowledge of the global financial services industry
  • Experience with Project Management and Agile Marketing
