Revenue River is looking for another Client Success Manager. We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals with client-facing marketing experience. You should be able to demonstrate your experience and working with clients and should be comfortable in a host of industry software platforms. A prospective team member should have a strong understanding of who we are, and what the agency life requires.

As a Client Success Manager, you will manage all aspects of a digital marketing campaign including strategy design, progress, and status communication, the coordination of internal team members, and achieve campaign objectives. You will also be the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring that clients are kept up to date on campaign activity and have perceptions of campaign progress properly managed. You'll own relationships and achievement with important clients.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the effective creation of digital marketing strategy development for our clients.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, our clients, and teammates to create and execute effective campaign sprints that result in achievement of goals.
  • Campaign planning for project management over an array of web, marketing, and sales deliverables over 3-4 month periods.
  • Connect all strategies and activities towards annual campaign plans and goals.
  • Manage regular campaign communication over phone, email, and Zoom conferences.
  • Build fantastic relationships and trust with our clients and vendors.
  • Contribute to the growth of your personal and agency brand by writing great content and promoting it through social channels.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at juggling many projects at once, working cross-functionally, while never losing site of the core message and goal behind your work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management and marketing software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to track campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Ability to set and run an agenda, lead pointed conversations, and keep clients on task.
