Who we're looking for…
The B2B Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and drive forward our mid-market and enterprise marketing efforts. You will build and measure account-based marketing campaigns including ads, emails, and conversational marketing, with the ultimate goal of driving qualified new business and expansion opportunities for the Enterprise Account Executives.
What you will do…
- Monitor program strategies, tactics, and procedures to meet the changing needs of the business
- Drive account and industry-specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies for pipeline generation and acceleration
- Drive in-account expansion with specific marketing campaigns
- Focus on the buyer's journey and deploy the right programmatic and account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time
- Manage multiple email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting
- Test, optimize, and iterate on all aspects of marketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion
- Identify content, assets, and offers to leverage for all prospect campaigns; utilize existing content and generate new ideas/requests to fill content gaps
- Work with Marketing Ops & Sales to select target accounts: looking at both historical data and open pipeline
- Analyze target accounts to determine the optimal ABM campaign and tactic mix
- Work with third party vendors to ensure personalized marketing assets are delivered
- Analyze performance and report against key metrics
- Manage mid-market and enterprise marketing budget

Our ideal candidate will be or have…
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in demand generation
- Prior experience in B2B / ABM marketing with tangible results
- Experience with B2B marketing at a Software / SaaS / Technology company
- Experience growing and managing a team
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to think quickly, while managing multiple tasks
- Creative thinker
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
