B2B eCommerce Lead

Our product is a collapsible grip and stand that provides secure one-handed holding for any mobile device. Customizable, re-positionable, and fun to pop, PopSockets products embody the company's mission to create empowering, personal, and magical products.

The Role:

PopSockets is looking for a B2B eCommerce Manager to lead strategy and operations across our business-to-business eCommerce platforms to optimize efficiency, ease-of-use and revenue. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of ecommerce best-practices with an unwavering attention to detail to provide both vision and day-to-day management of all B2B eCommerce channels. Must be a proactive, solution-oriented problem solver, and have an innate aptitude for mastering new systems, technology and process. This roll-up-your-sleeves position will work closely with retail sales, customer service, production and online partners to drive continuous improvement for eCommerce sales, fulfillment, and order management processes.  

Responsibilities:

  • Define, document and lead implementation of an overall B2B eCommerce strategy that drives continuous improvement in ease-of-use, efficiency, error-free transactions, conversion optimization and revenue generation.
  • Familiar with B2B/retail selling processes and capable of leading digital programs to drive increased revenue
  • Maintain master online product catalog for timely, consistent, and accurate presentation of product detail across all B2B online channels.
  • Administer site updates to content, collections, discounts, shipping, merchandising placements and other core data and functions on PopSockets B2B network of sites.
  • Build new processes and procedures to develop best practices for site changes and updates as well as keep a clean back-end system.
  • Support set-up, roll-out, and management of new ecommerce sites in new markets around the globe.
  • Develop documentation on key administrative processes and train partners to perform those functions where appropriate.
  • Monitor online order flow, resolve problems and proactively recommend and implement improvements to efficiency and quality.
  • Investigate order and fulfillment issues, submit cases and recommendations for resolution with partners and internal stakeholders.  

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working with ecommerce platforms and systems, Shopify preferred. Depth of knowledge of other B2B eComm platforms a plus.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-growing and fast-moving company, able to create process and vision, rather than just manage to what has already been defined.
  • Comfortable with becoming expert in customized and proprietary softwares.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, get-it-done attitude.
  • Deep understanding of data models, manipulation, and pipelines.
  • Innovative, solution-minded problem solver. Flexible and pragmatic.
