Associate Director, Lifecycle Marketing
Ibotta is seeking an Associate Director, Lifecycle Marketing to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

- Define, develop, and deliver new strategies for improving activation, retention, reactivation, and crossover leveraging both communications (e.g. email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging) and marketing-funded incentives programming.
- Lead, coach, train and manage a talented team of 8 talented lifecycle marketers, fostering an environment for collaboration, engagement, and empowerment.
- Own the lifecycle marketing testing roadmap and rigorous optimization strategies to find efficiencies and improve performance of campaigns.
- Own an 8-figure budget, making every dollar work to drive business growth through consumer engagement.
- Forecast performance, budgets, and track against key funnel metrics.
- Deeply understand our users, their journeys, and identify areas for growth and optimization at every stage of the lifecycle.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships, influencing the direction of other teams, advocating for marketing needs, and aligning goals across the organization.
- Drive forward complex initiatives, impacting business goals, and revenue.

What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of related experience in Marketing, Product, or Analytics, including at least 2 years of people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Understanding of complex customer lifecycles and how to drive LTV.
- Someone with good instincts: knowing when to lean on numbers and experimentation, and when to trust your gut or go big.
- Passion for building cohesive, effective omnichannel programs in an ever-evolving landscape.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to be innovators and take risks.
- Data-driven with a thirst for delivering impactful, scalable programs that drive the business forward.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Braze.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience managing and forecasting large budgets.
- Ability to be scrappy and solve problems with limited resources.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast paced and highly cross-functional environments.
- Ability to think creatively and thoroughly implement ideas with impeccable execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.
- Base compensation range: $110,000-$150,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
