Associate Brand Manager
Denver, CO - The Associate Brand Manager is a brand steward who will help focus the organization on creating long term differentiation within our brand and product assortments, and meaningful interactions with our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our annual marketing plans, media, merchandising, social/community development, strategic & competitive analysis, and performance tracking against KPIs. You will work collaboratively across functions to identify consumer, product, and business/market insights and execute tactics that will grow our sales and profitability. You’ll also help to shape our long-term brand strategy and positioning. We are seeking a candidate with an innate entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, someone who is ecommerce-minded and who has deep passion for the consumer. Ideally you are a creative thinker who understands modern brand building and direct-to-consumer marketing; you are naturally curious and are the first at uncovering interesting case studies, trends and strategies deployed by disruptor brands. This role is a fit for a well-rounded digital marketing generalist who is curious and wants to make an impact.
The Day-to-Day
- Support the Head of Brand, channel owners, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that include new product launches, expansions, and restages across the Artifact Uprising portfolio
- Analyze customer and business performance data, and build strategic plans based on the insights, including: marketplace/share, competitive assessment, promotion evaluation, pricing/sizing analysis, and market research analysis and implications
- Work with internal and external partners to develop creative, advertising & promotion plans and materials that support key marketing initiatives, delivered on time and on budget
- Drive business and marketing priorities for agencies and/or internal partners to execute against, including but not limited to: PR, Partnerships, organic social content, and more
- Manage project budgets to ensure delivery of brand EBITA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing, MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience with branding, digital marketing, strategic development and creative problem solving, with at least 2+ years in an in-house DTC ecommerce role
- Relevant brand marketing experience in the CPG industry is a HUGE plus
- Experience building compelling integrated campaigns to drive consumer engagement and conversion, and measuring their outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to think critically to analyze data, identify trends and recognize the broader implications of issues
- Demonstrated ability to work strategically to drive ideas for growth, innovation, and evolution across the organization
- Strong leadership with the ability to effectively influence internal, cross-functional and agency partners to advance shared goals
- Experience in partnership/collaborations, influencers, media planning, PR management, advertising, creative and concept development
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to create recommendations
- Extensive project management experience and proven ability to multitask
- Base Compensation Range - $65-80k
